Alex Kingston is the highest payed and well-known TV Actress. She was born in Epsom United Kingdom on March 11th of 1963. The Screen Actors Guild Award-winning actress who has had roles on the TV show Doctor Who and ER. In 2012 she received an SFX Award for her role in ER. In 2013, she started acting as Dinah in the show Arrow. She co-starred with Maura Tierney on ER. Kingston met English actress Ralph Fiennes when they were students at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. In 1993, after a ten-year relationship together they got married.
